Information collected
If you send a charter enquiry, the form asks for your name, email address, travel dates, number of guests, preferred departure point and your message. We request this information to evaluate and respond to your enquiry, not to make an automatic booking.
How enquiries are handled
The form is prepared for Netlify Forms. If enabled, Netlify processes and stores the submission for delivery to the appointed website operator. A live deployment must provide the responsible controller’s legal name, postal address, email, applicable retention period and processor information. Do not submit sensitive personal information.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw consent, by contacting the identified controller once those details are published. Submitting an enquiry does not mean a yacht is booked. Please review the operator-specific privacy policy before launch.
